Located at the foot of the Blencathra fells it benefits from easy access off the M6, 15 minutes away, yet is only 4 miles from Keswick and Derwentwater. It is 20 minutes from Ullswater, has good access to Grasmere, central Lakes, Cockermouth and West Cumbria therefore making it an ideal base for all visitors.
