It is an ideal base for keen walkers and dog owners as the 110 mile Cleveland Way passes nearby, which will take you along the cliff tops with some spectacular scenery to the quaint fishing village of Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend and then on to the bustling fishing port of Whitby.
