Howden Cottage nestles peacefully in the village of Carlton in the heart of beautiful Coverdale. Furnished and decorated to a particularly high standard and with great attention to detail, the cottage is a delight, retaining old character features such as the old stone fireplace and exposed beams. Fully equipped with everything to make your stay as welcoming and relaxing as possible, the spacious kitchen diner is ideal for self catering with a large Rangemaster double oven, ample seating and a dishwasher. The pretty garden to the rear is great for a barbeque. Added bench seating at the far end is perfect for those who wish to sit and while away the hours overlooking sheep dotted fields and enjoy the tranquillity. The Public House in the village is now fully re opened and serving meals
