Haven Cottage is a delightful stone built cottage with lots of character and dates back to the 17th century. The welcoming open fire gives it a cosy home from home feeling. Centrally positioned to explore the coastal resorts of Whitby, Scarborough and Filey, to the East, and also the market towns of Pickering and Helmsley to the West, which are all within easy reach and all beautiful places to visit. Dalby Forest, only 8 miles away is a fantastic day out for all the family with ample walking and cycle paths through the forest or the kids can enjoy Go Ape the famous assault course situated high up in the trees. The beautiful historic City of York is less than an hour away. Snainton itself is a very pretty village with a pub, restaurant, shop and garage all within 100 yards from the property.
