Perfectly positioned for exploring the area, which is often referred to as Heartbeat country, where camera crews film in the dreamy little villages around Goathland and where sheep wander aimlessly on the village greens. Nearby Grosmont, terminus of the North York Moors Steam Railway line is well worthy of a visit and a trip on this delightful train promises a wonderful journey throughout the scenic moorland.
