Set right on the edge of Willingcott Valley with lovely views over the golf course and surrounding countryside, surrounded by well kept lawns. With a delightful mix of traditional oak beams and contemporary touches throughout, the open plan living room is kept cosy all year round by under floor heating. An attractive kitchen area is extremely well equipped for all your needs and the dining area can comfortably seat six. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two having ensuite shower rooms together with a modern family bathroom. A real bonus is the large shared heated outdoor swimming pool, open from Whitsun until the end of September. Retaining the cosy feel of a Devon Longhouse the onsite bar and restaurant means you never have to stray far to enjoy an evening out and what could be better for golf enthusiast than a stunning 18 hole golf course is right on your doorstep.

Bedroom 2 with Twin and ensuite shower room with basin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, mixer handset over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric heating. Regret no pets. No smoking. Ample parking. No cot is provided please bring your own travel cot. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
