It is just three miles from the seaside town of Sheringham, with Holt and Cromer two miles further. Places to visit in the area include Felbrigg Hall, which is just one mile away. For ornithologists, the bird reserves at Cley, Blakeney and Scolt Head are within easy driving distance. There is a pub, shop and petrol station a few miles away. This brick and flint cottage is quietly situated adjoining the owner's home. It has been sympathetically restored to a high standard, is all on one level and enjoys a tranquil setting overlooking the garden and is close to the village pond. Notes: No babies/children accepted as the property is not suitable.
