Just over a half hour from the ferry port of Rosslare and two miles outside the village of Wellingtonbridge on the Hook Peninsula is this wonderful cosy farmhouse. Set in its own grounds overlooking fields with a sea view from front door, yet it is only a few miles from the coast. The cosy lounge has an open fire and the rear sitting room looks out over the garden. It makes a great touring base as this area has lots to offer with golden sandy beaches, picturesque harbours, and historic sites. There are many activities and attractions in the area including golf, fishing, riding, sailing, Hook Lighthouse and Tintern Abbey to name but a few. Shop. Pub. Restaurant 2 miles. Sandy Beach 6 miles. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, 2nd lounge, 4 doubles 1 with ensuite shower room, bathroom with shower over bath. Electricity by meter read, oil filled radiators, linen and towels included, hairdryer, cot, TV, dvd player, radio, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, washer/dryer, fully enclosed garden, garden furniture, off road parking.
