These elegant holiday homes are located in the village of Knightstown on Valentia Island just 3 miles from Cahersiveen and only 500yards from nearby pubs, restaurants and shops.The house is located in a small development just yards from the sea and is surrounded by a large open plan garden. It is a spacious and comfortable cottage and is the perfect base to explore Valentia Island and the Ring of Kerry. Valentia Island has a wide range of things to see and do including Glanleam House amid its famous sub tropical gardens, a fascinating Heritage Centre and a variety of sporting activities.Shop. Pub. Restaurant 500 yards. Beach 100 yards. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, utility room, double with ensuite shower room. FF: double with ensuite shower room, 4ft double bed, twin, bathroom with shower over bath.Electricity by meter read, Oil is charged at a rate of 3 per day for June, July & Aug and 5 per day for the remainder of the year. Towels available at an extra charge of 3 per set, open fire (no fuel supplied), linen included, TV, dvd player, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, open plan shared garden, picnic bench, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.
