There is a large garden with a barbeque and children's play area, games room/pool table. Ideal location for hill walking, golfing and angling. It is 20 mile from Brittas Bay and the popular towns of Arklow and Gorey Shop 2 miles. Pub 1½ miles. Restaurant 2 miles. Beach 20 miles. Sandy Beach 30 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner with sofa bed. Downstairs: double with ensuite shower room and basin, twin with sofa bed, bathroom with basin. Oil and electricity by meter read, linen and towels included, cot, TV, radio, microwave, dishwasher, shared w/machine, shared dryer, partially enclosed shared garden, garden furniture, shared bbq, off road parking. One pet welcome.
