The riverside houses stand within a secure perimeter wall and offer the visitor the use of children's playground, picnic area and barbeque patio, together with the use of a day boat. The interiors of the houses have been fitted out to a very high standard and include all mod cons. It is the ideal location for a number of outdoor activities, including horse riding (and racing), walking, swimming, quads, cycling, golf and, for rainy days, shopping and cinemas in both Kilkenny and Carlow town. Shop 10 miles. Pub 10 yards. Restaurant 10 miles. Beach 65 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner. FF: 2 doubles 1 with ensuite shower room, twin, bathroom with shower over bath. Electricity and gas central heating included, linen and towels included, cot, high chair, stair gate, TV, dvd player, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, partially enclosed garden, sitting out area, picnic bench, bbq, private off road parking, childrens playground.
