You can wander out of this cottage via a private entrance to the beach! The cottage is located just off the high street in the picturesque village of Kilmore Quay with fantastic sea views. Take a boat trip to the legendary Saltee Islands, discover the Ballyteigue Burrow, the finest sand dune system in the south east, go diving or deep sea angling. Excellent pubs and restaurants within walking distance. (The single bedroom is adjoining the double bedroom) Shop. Pub 500 yards. Beach 176 yards. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner. FF: double, single, bathroom with shower over bath. Oil central heating included, OFCH comes on for two hours every evening and is included in rental - over and above that there is electric panel heaters (ie heat on demand) and that is run off the meter., €2 electric coin meter, linen and towels included, hairdryer, uk tv channels, flame effect fire, cot, TV, dvd player, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fully enclosed garden, garden furniture, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.
