Situated close to the border between Tipperary and Co Waterford, this cosy cottage is 150 years old, extended and updated in 2003. Close to Knockmealdown Mountains, Comeragh Mountains and the hills of Monavullagh. To the North, beyond Clonmel (15 min drive) lies the great plain of Tipperary. The nearest pub is a half mile walk. There is brilliant walking from the doorstep; lanes are usually deserted and footpaths well signposted. There’s a fly fishing school (and shop) less than a mile from the cottage, and an equestrian centre about five miles away. The attractive harbour town of Dungarvan is 20 mins drive to the South and beaches just beyond. Shop 2 miles. Pub 880 yards. Beach 12 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen, dining room, shower room. FF: 2 doubles, twin. Oil and gas central heating, electricity included, open fire with starter pack, linen and towels included, TV, dvd player, radio, CD, microwave, w/machine, partially enclosed garden, sitting out area, garden furniture, private off road parking.
