This cosy chalet is located on the owners' grounds, within walking distance of Duncannon seaside village, an hours drive from Rosslare Harbour. Duncannon is a wonderful spot with two long sandy beaches, children's playground, basketball court and a couple of pub restaurants. This makes it the ideal base at any time of year. The chalet is perfect for a small family with an open plan design and cosy bedrooms. The area offers much to see and do in the neighbouring towns of Waterford and Wexford. The annual sand sculpting festival takes place here in August. Shop. Pub 1 mile. Restaurant. Beach 300 yards. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, double, 2 twins, playroom, shower room. Electricity included , oil by meter read, wood burner with starter pack, linen and towels included, babysitting on request, travel cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, CD, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, partially enclosed garden, garden furniture, bbq, locked shed available for storage, shared driveway. Sorry no pets.
