Located just off the A3075 in the hamlet of Penhallow which is just 1mile from Perranporth, with its challenging golf course, an array of shops, pubs, restaurants and a fine 3 mile beach with golden sands which is also great for surfing. With many superb coastal paths to explore and tin mining history to discover in St Agnes, or the Cathedral City of Truro to shop till you drop only 20 minutes drive away. Not to forget Newquay's magnificent surfing beaches, Zoo and Water World only 7 miles away and the village of Goonhavern with it grocery store and post office2 miles. You will be spoilt for choice with activities to suit all, if that's all too energetic the cottages are the perfect retreat. Both properties are situated within a cottage court. Outside: own lawn directly in front of each property with seating. Amenities: allocated off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Towels for hire. Travel cot and highchair available. Regret no smoking. Additional info: short breaks are charged at 80% of the weekly cost for 3 nights, 85% for 4 nights and 90% for 5 nights.
